Join us for the inaugural PenMet Parks Bike Bash presented by Neighborhood Experts Real Estate!

Organized by the Rotary Club of Gig Harbor, Kiwanis Club of Gig Harbor, and PenMet Parks, this is a festival where families can learn more about biking, test out several different kinds of bikes, and enjoying music and food! We envision PenMet Parks Bike Bash as an event that gets the public excited about biking and also teaches them best practices for riding in the safest and most enjoyable ways possible.

• Pop-up Traffic Garden for kids (where kids can practice typical intersection conditions in a fun and safe environment)
• Bike “Rodeo” Skills Course for kids organized by the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance
• Basic Bike Maintenance Demonstrations

• Adaptive Cycling Resources
• Free helmets for children and helmet fitting
• Bike Safety Education Class for adults (registration required)
• Food trucks
• Music and cycling related entertainment
